  Completely useless, they screwed up the prescription twice. Got called in twice to collect glasses only to be told they weren't ready yet. Absolutely abysmal service from the staff, avoid this place at all costs. Had to argue with them for a refund.

  Absolutely appalling and abominable service. Staggeringly poor treatment of my disabled mother. Rude, abrupt, and uncaring staff. £100 order delayed with less than 8 hours notice to us. I cancelled it on the spot but I won't get back the wasted time. Avoid like plague and don't be fooled by the clearly fake reviews.
